Del Padre Visual Productions

The saying "It takes a village" may apply elsewhere, but what you really want is a team. To really get things done in the digital realm, you'll want a core group of designers who are fanatical enough to pursue the absolute in production but human enough to hear your concerns. When you embark into a world that's expanding at light speed, you'll want a crew that knows how to get around.

Each member of the DVP team brings a diverse yet specific array of skills to the mix, along with experience in key areas such as 3D rendering, audio production, interactive cd and web design, videography and more. So, you can have complete confidence in our ability to meet your needs and, ultimately, to exceed the commonly perceived limitations within your own market.

Nino Del Padre Nino Del Padre

It would be a considerable understatement to describe Nino Del Padre's esthetic impulse as a "creative spark." Actually, it's more like an inferno: perhaps a bit frightening to some, but to others a reminder that the very best standard is the one that seems nearly impossible. Take the very origins of DVP, for example. A video company born in the closet of a studio apartment, nurtured with a half-decent camera and a dream, grew to be recognized as one of the most progressive new media production houses on the planet.

It's no secret that Nino has a childlike curiosity about all things new in the realm of the visual arts. Yet he also has the energy, drive and knowledge to overcome obstacles for the sake of his clients.

Mark Archer Mark Archer

It's fair to say that it's rare that you'd find a person of such broad and divergent talents. Just name the hat, and he'll wear it. Producer, videographer, art director, project manager, audio engineer, Mark does that and more, all for the sake of making each Del Padre production a total standout. His natural ability to communicate goals to the entire team makes him an essential link between the client and the end result, while his thorough knowledge of production processes ensures the realization of those goals across all platforms and media categories.

Every project has a unique goal, of course. So, every project should have a producer with the vision and knowledge to see it through. That's Mark Archer

Lisa Del Padre Lisa Del Padre

Lisa has a sophisticated sense of style, and a great understanding of the medium. Adding clever functionality to sleek designs, an artistic flair and a unique perspective, Lisa has produced world-class multimedia as a lead designer for Del Padre Visual Productions. Understanding the specific and complex needs of each individual project. Offering solutions to seemingly impossible tasks. Continuously making improvements. Research and development into emerging technologies.

Lisa's knowledge of interactive design, motion graphics and Web design is vast, but if we had to chalk it up to one thing… She is wicked smart.

Doug Cotton
Doug Cotton

All the pretty pictures would be just so many pixels without the programming that Doug brings to the team. The technological challenges that we face in creating e-commerce portals and in making interactive platforms perform correctly are pretty big.

After twenty years of programming and systems design experience.

Doug lives for this stuff.

Derick Cummings
Derick Cummings
Derick is a classic example of what happens when technology grabs hold of a person early on and continues to motivate them to explore and learn everything they can in a given field. His 1st assignment on a computer was in 1980, using a Texas Instruments computer to program audio bleeps and chirps that resembled Deep Purple's "Smoke On The Water." It was about that time he learned the same song on guitar. After decades of creating and developing multimedia projects for small and large clients and performing on stage for audiences throughout North America, Derick has dusted off his rock and roll shoes, rolled up his creative-logistics sleeves and has found a place for his talents and skill sets at DVP.
Jon Allegrezza
Jon Allegrezza

Jon is a being whose creative passion has been divided in two. While at DVP, he’ll create breathtaking presentations and applications with the combined power of Macromedia Flash, the Adobe creative suite, various 3D applications, and every other bleeding edge tool at his disposal. Jon brings a style to DVP that compliments our collective creative vision, with his own special blend of out-of-the-box solutions, color theory and execution, and an even an occasional dash of kitsch and fun.

However, on his own, he settles back to his original “old school form” of hand-created art, which can be seen in children’s books, indie comics, concept presentations, or perhaps simply on someone’s wall.

Noah Glushien
Noah Glushien

A support team that knows the ropes is crucial. As a DVP production assistant, multitasking is not just a term, but a way of life. To say that Noah is pulled in a few different directions would be accurate.

Handling a wide range of media duplication and transfer operations in addition to project management support, asset management and preparation, video editing, Macromedia Flash and HTML design, Noah contributes to nearly every project developed at Del Padre Visual Productions.

Chris Thibault
Chris Thibault

Video production, being the root of Del Padre Visual Productions manages to find its way into nearly every project that we do. Being well versed in all aspects of video production, Chris adds a youthful but knowledgeable enthusiasm to video shooting and postproduction.

Being part of the team at DVP has allowed Chris the opportunity to hone these skills in a fast-paced creative environment. Following a Project start to finish including lighting, audio, shooting, logistics, editing, motion graphics and full postproduction for output to DVD, interactive CD-ROM or Web applications offers a continuity that is critical. Being involved in DVP location shoots from New York to LA to Canada, Chris has earned his wings.

Paul Hake
Paul Hake

Paul has been active in the field of interactive media and Web development for nearly a decade, and has applied his considerable talents to projects ranging from Web action games to corporate video production. In fact, Paul's interest in computers and the visual arts emerged very early, so that by the eighth grade he was already running a home-based computer-repair service.

Within a few years he'd won key internships at leading companies in the western Massachusetts area, and those opportunities eventually led to production work for Fidelity Investments, Hasbro Toys and Olive Jar Animation Studios.
